Angel McCoughtry's double-double kept Fenerbahce's winning record intact
Another dazzling display by Angel McCoughtry propelled Fenerbahce to an impressive 67-51 success at Nadezhda Orenburg as the Turkish juggernauts preserved their perfect record in EuroLeague Women Group B.
The small forward continued her terrific form this season to underpin a victory that halted a five-game winning streak for the home side and racked up win number nine for the visiting team.
McCoughtry was a handful at both ends of the court, finishing with a fabulous 19 points and 10 rebounds on 7-for-10 floor shooting and continuing her astonishing run of grabbing steals by adding another superb seven to her tally for the season.
It was the magic of the 27-year-old and a devastating run during the final quarter which proved decisive, as Fenerbahce turned a precarious one-shot lead at 50-47 with just seven minutes remaining, into an emphatic victory off the back of a brilliant 14-0 burst.
It was a passage of play rounded off by Anastasiya Verameyenka, who also chose her former home court as the place to become only the fourth player in EuroLeague Women history to accumulate more than 150 blocked shots.
There had been little to separate both teams in a keenly contested first half, with Fenerbahce leading 39-30 and they continued holding the upper hand.
Nadezhda produced a strong fightback late in the third and early in the fourth, prior to the visitors' ruthless late surge.
Isabelle Yacoubou meanwhile loves playing on the road for Fenerbahce and again showed why by amassing 17 points from 67% floor shooting.
Natalia Anoikina had 13 points and nine rebounds for Nadezhda.
