Major changes are underway at UMMC Ekaterinburg as the Russian giants search for the formula that will bring EuroLeague Women glory to the outfit.

The team has announced that boss Algirdas Paulauskas and his assistant, fellow Lithuanian Rimantas Grigas, will not be with the team next season.

The two are leaving after leading the team to a Russian Cup and League double.

UMMC have yet to reveal the make-up of their coaching staff for the 2012-13 campaign.

On the playing front, centers Ewelina Kobryn and Quanitra Hollingsworth have penned deals with UMMC.

Kobryn, a Poland international center, has been on the books of Wisla Can-Pack Krakow while Hollingsworth spent this season with UNI Seat Gyor in Hungary.

Both players just won domestic titles with their respective clubs.

UMMC had already decided during the EuroLeague Women Final Eight, where they fell in the first game to Ros Casares, to sign Russia national team center Maria Stepanova to a new contract.

Stepanova tore her ACL at the Final Eight in Istanbul.
