Olexandra Kurasova had 20 points for the Hungarians, who improved to 3-4 in Group B.
Naura El Gargati and Alexandra Rochell Montgomery poured in 14 apiece as the French club slumped to 0-8 in Group B.
Tarbes pulled to within 58-55 with 9:00 remaining but got no closer.
Dora Horti answered with a jumper and after several misses for both sides, center Horti scored again to push the lead to 62-55.

The French outfit may have lost, but they battled to the end.
