A highly accomplished forward, Kurasova has spent most of her career competing at the elite level for club and country, regularly playing in EuroLeague Women and indeed she comes into the summer off the back of a stand-out season for Rivas Ecopolis. A multi-talented player who does a little bit of everything when she is on court, those various inputs all come together to ensure a sizable and valuable impact. She will go inside, shoot the three, pick out an incisive pass to a team-mate, pull down a vital rebound or grab a steal down the other end of the floor. She is a leader for the national team and will be expected to be one of the main scorers, as well as someone who can potentially come up with the game winning plays at each end of the court. She led the team in both rebounds and steals-per-game at EuroBasket Women 2009.
