After being a standout young player in her homeland, the potential at the top level of Paugaite was recognised by USO Mondeville who signed her on a two-year deal. Since arriving in France during 2011, she has shown some development and continued to do a good job on the glass but will be looking to be more ruthless in her finishing for both club and country. She is preparing to participate in her third successive EuroBasket Women tournament and is set to have a major influence since she was handed the second most minutes of any player during qualification. Lithuania can play Paugaite as part of a twin towers system if required. She is very good defensively and her quick hands are one of her best assets, along with great leaping ability and athleticism. She can sometimes get into foul trouble but is built for battling under the basket.
