Hruscakova is highly rated and has already nailed down her place as one the best young frontcourt talents in Europe, after posting a string of brilliant displays last year during her debut at senior level. The forward burst onto the scene in EuroLeague Women when she played fearlessly at the 2013 Final Eight for Good Angels Kosice and has since made even more of a splash with her country. Last year and while still a teenager, she was the driving force for Slovak Republic punching their ticket to another Final Round. She led the way in both scoring and rebounds to emphasise the talent that won her rave reviews coming through the various youth levels when she regularly played against opponents several years older. She also played more minutes than any other player during qualifying as she showcased her strong inside presence, rebounding skills, mid-range game and ability to finish with efficiency at the hoop. At her rate of progress, she is set to be the biggest Slovakian star for many years to come and that was further reinforced when she was selected in the 2015 WNBA draft by Phoenix Mercury.
