French champions Tarbes have reinforced their squad with rising European star Jelena Dubljevic.
The Montenegro international only just turned 23 this month and is truly one of the emerging stars in Europe, something she showed over and over again at Rivas Ecopolis the last couple of seasons.
The 1.88m Dubljevic averaged more than 12.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game as Rivas clinched first place in their Qualifying Round group of the EuroLeague Women this season and made the play-offs.
Last year, she averaged 13.8 points and 6.9 rebounds for Rivas in the EuroCup Women.
Tarbes missed out on a spot in the EuroLeague Women play-offs but made up for that disappointment by beating Bourges in the French championship finals.
However, they lost to Bourges in the Coupe de France title game.
