The 30-year-old point guard that also represents Spain in national team competitions averaged 6.9 points and 2.8 assists while playing nearly 24 minutes per game this season in the EuroLeague Women.
Ros finished runners-up in the competition to Spartak Moscow Region - winners of the EuroLeague for four consecutive years.
In Ros' Liga Femenina title-winning campaign, Palau averaged 5.7 points and 3.9 assists.
She also helped Ros win the Supercopa and Copa de la Reina.
Palau is expected to be in the Spain squad later this year when Spain coach Jose Hernandez leads the national side at the FIBA World Championship for Women in the Czech Republic.
