Spanish national team legend Amaya Valdemoro has left Tarsus Belediye by mutual consent after a four month stint with the EuroLeague Women newcomers.

Having played with Rivas Ecopolis last season, the 36-year-old made the switch to Turkey during the summer and has averaged over 13 points per game - although this hasn't prevented the club from losing seven of its' first eight games to leave them rock bottom of Group A.
Both parties decided to end their contractual relationship and Valdemoro, who has over 200 appearances for Spain under her belt and is now in her 20th season as a professional player, is now back in her homeland.
The guard has had a significant impact since she arrived and has been instrumental in helping the Slovakian club to the top of Group B with her all-round contribution and energy. She is averaging 8.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game having played in five matches since her belated arrival.
The biggest concern for Kosice remains the contract situation with leading scorer Allie Quigley, after General Manager Daniel Jendrichovsky revealed she has a clause which will allow her to leave as early as mid-January if she receives a more attractive offer from another club.
Quigley has been on fire ever since moving to Good Angels, having posted double-digits in every single EuroLeague Women contest so far, she is averaging 17.4 points per game. She is also the second most deadly three-point shooter in the tournament with a 50% haul from behind the arc.
