Liron Cohen had seven points in the opening frame for Schio.
The hosts were on top 39-20 at the break and in complete control.
Schio improved to 5-5 with the victory and now have a two-game lead over UNIQA Euroleasing Sopron (3-7).
CCC Polkowice fell to 3-6 but still have three games to remaining.
The top four sides from the three groups, and the two best fifth-place teams qualify for Round 2.
CCC Polkowice Head Coach Arkadiusz Rusin
"We expected a tough game here in Schio but in the first two quarters our shooting average was the worst this season. Now we need to make ourselves ready for the next game against Sopron. I think we still have some chances to continue in the EuroLeague Women."
Beretta Schio Head Coach Maurizio Lasi
"Great game from my players against the Polish team that won in the away game. We needed to win to continue our EuroLeague Women season and tonight's performance will also help us in the next Italian championship game, against Cras Taranto Basket."
CCC Polkowice player Megan Frazee
"We knew that playing here in Schio would be hard but we totally missed the first two quarters. We never had this low average on shooting. In the second half, we tried to come back but Schio was too far ahead. Now we need to look forward to the next match that maybe will allow us to make the play-offs."
Beretta Schio player Cheryl Ford
"We played a very good game with intensity during all 40 minutes. We worked hard to come back ready in the beginning of 2012 which is so important for us in the EuroLeague Women, Italian league and Italian Cup too."
