|Diana Taurasi led all Galatasaray scorers with 23 points, 18 of which came in the first half|
Galatasaray moved level on points with Ros Casares at the top of Group A in the EuroLeague Women with a convincing victory at Lotos Gdynia.
Diana Taurasi had 18 of her team-high 23 points in the first half to lead the visitors to a 94-80 triumph in Poland.
Jolene Anderson finished with a game-high 25 points in defeat.
Javier Fort's team had thrown a real scare into Galatasaray in the first meeting in Istanbul before falling, 77-71.
They never led on Thursday but stayed within striking distance for most of the first half.
Gala were only on top 16-15 seven minutes into the contest but closed out the opening frame with an 11-4 run.
Taurasi had four free-throws at the beginning of that spurt to end the quarter.
Gdynia continued to play hard and when Adrijana Knezevic had a three-point play with 3:49 to go in the half, the visitors' lead was down to 41-31.
Gala's Alba Torrens replied with two free-throws and Taurasi followed with a three-pointer.
Gdynia again got the home fans off their seats when Aneika Henry scored, drew a foul and sank the free-throw to reduce the arrears to 48-40, but Epifaniya Prince scored four of her team's next six points to push the advantage to 55-40 at half-time.
Tina Charles had 13 points and Torrens 11 for Gala at the break.
Gdynia fought, but Ceyhun Yildizoglu's side went in front by as many as 20 points in the third quarter and were never in danger of losing their lead as they claimed a 10th victory of the EuroLeague campaign.
Galatasaray scored 26 points off 18 Gdynia turnovers.
Galatasaray Assistant Coach Hakan Acer
"We won but we are not happy. We lost Alba Torrens. She is one of our most important players and now she is injured. Today we showed on the court that we are a really good team."
Lotos Gdynia Head Coach Javier Fort
"It isn't a good day for basketball. I hope that the injury of Alba Torrens is not as serious as it looked. I hope she will come back as soon as possible. Today we played with one of the best teams in Europe. It was hard but we tried. We also lost an important player. Without Geraldine Robert we couldn't find our game. Galatasaray showed us their best basketball."
Galatasaray player Yasemen Saylar
"It was a very hard game. Today we lost our second player in Gdynia. We played good but also Lotos showed good basketball. They also lost an important player so it wasn't a good game for both of us."
Lotos Gdynia player Jolene Anderson
"It was a tough game. At Galatasaray there are always five players who score as they want. We didn't have anything to lose and we fought for 40 minutes. They were excellent on both offence and defence."
