TEO Vilnius came from behind to secure a 72-66 victory over USO Basket.
The hosts were behind for most of the match but finally took the lead midway through the third quarter through a Jurgita Streimikyte free throw and never looked back.
USO were 22-19 up at the end of the first period with Amelie Pochet scoring nine of those points.
When Hamchetou Maiga made a jump shot three and a half minutes into the second period, the lead was stretched to 10 points at 29-19, but a Rima Valentiene three-pointer started a rally for the Lithuanians.
The deficit was down to five points at half-time, and it was nip and tuck throughout the third.
Katie Douglas' three-pointer finally levelled things up at 55-55 just over a minute into the fourth and a run of 10 unanswered points saw the hosts take a commanding lead at 65-58.
It was a lead the French side never looked like threatening, despite 17 points and eight rebounds from Hamchetou Maiga and 16 points and 10 rebounds from Ieva Kublina.
