Croatia thumped Greece and Italy edged Turkey on the opening day of the friendly tournament in Makarska - the last warm-up event for the four teams before the U20 European Championship for Men.

The Italians played in Friday's first game against Turkey and got 11 points from Paul Biligha in a 73-68 triumph.
Alessandro Gentile and Davide Pascolo weighed in with nine points apiece for Italy while Ilkan Karaman scored a game-high 13 in defeat for the Turks.
Croatia defeated Greece, the team that captured last year's European title, 77-61.
Leon Radosevic had 19 points, Tomislav Zubcic 13 and Ivan Ramljak 12 for the Croats.
Kostas Sloukas poured in 15, Nikos Pappas 12 and Kostas Papanikolaou 10 in defeat for the Greeks.
The U20 European Championship is being staged in the Croatian cities of Crikvenica, Makarska and Zadar from July 8-18.
Greece are in Group A with Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Latvia.
Turkey are competing in Group B with Montenegro, Lithuania and Serbia while Italy are in Group C with the Netherlands, Russia and France.
In Group D, hosts Croatia will take on Slovenia, Germany and Spain.
