Richelle van der Keijl scored a game-winner with 27 seconds to go, as the Netherlands edged Poland 50-49 in a classification games for 9th to 12th place clash at the U20 European Championship Women on Saturday.

In a low-scoring affair, Poland grabbed a 14-6 lead in the first quarter, but that turned out to be the largest margin of the night. The Dutch quickly caught up, and it was a see-saw battle from that point on.

In the final quarter, Dominika Owczarzak and Julia Adamowicz put Poland up 49-44, but van der Keijl scored six points in the final five minutes to help the Dutch rally and win.

The Netherlands made the best out of their 50-37 rebounding margin, with 23 of those coming on the offensive glass, compared to Poland's 11.

Van der Keijl finished with 20 points on 9-for-12 shooting, 14 rebounds and five blocks. Jacobine Klerx contributed with 11 points and seven rebounds for the Dutch who will face Greece Sunday in the battle for the 9th place.

Owczarzak led Poland with 18 points, nine rebounds, five steals and four assists.
