|Federica Nannucci and Italy had little problems with Belarus in half-time two.|
Italy secured themselves a winning record in Group C at the U20 European Championship Women as they easily beat Belarus 82-51 to move to 2-1.
Laura Spreafico scored 16 points while Federica Tognalini had 13 points and 12 rebounds in a lopsided win.
Belarus began well, and found themselves 15-8 up in the first quarter on Maryna Ivashchanka's jump-shot.
But Italy responded with a 13-0 run, started by back-to-back three-pointers from Spreafico, to take control of the game.
Their lead passed double figures early in the second half on another Spreafico basket that made it 34-24, the first of 50 second-half points as Italy found their rhythm to blow away Belarus.
Irene Cigliani also scored in double figures with 12 points.
Maryia Filonchyk led Belarus with 18 points and nine rebounds, but they were without the services of Nadzeya Bohdan - top scorer in their opening game against the Netherlands - as she remained on the bench following a nasty facial injury suffered against France.
The defeat leaves Belarus at 0-3 and means they will play in the relegation round.
