|Domen Lorbek paved the way for Gaziantep with 23 points|
Royal Hali Gaziantep staged a fourth-quarter comeback to extend their winning run and secure top spot in EuroChallenge Group K with a 64-59 win over Triumph Lyubertsy.
Gaziantep trailed by nine points with nine minutes remaining, but Slovenian international guard Domen Lorbek scored 13 points in the final period to drag his team back into the game.
The visitors fought hard to hold on for the victory which they knew would ensure their own quarter-final qualification, but Dejan Borovnjak's big bucket gave the hosts a 59-57 advantage, and Lorbek sealed it with a three-pointer with 14 seconds remaining.
Vasiliy Karasev's team will travel back to Russia ruing the missed opportunity, as a slow start and poor finish wasted a strong effort in the middle of the game as Triumph limited the hosts' scoring chances.
Milovan Rakovic led the visitors with 18 points.
Triumph can still qualify today if BK Ventspils lose in France to JDA Dijon. If Ventspils win, the Latvian team will travel to Russia for a decisive game on 25 February.
Lorbek didn't sit for a minute during the game as he racked up 23 points. Borovnjak finished with 18 points and seven rebounds, and Baris Ermis finished with eight points and seven assists.
