|Jean-Marc Mwema paced the Giants with a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double|
PO Antwerp Giants used an impressive second half to keep their qualification hopes alive and hand Tartu University Rock their first EuroChallenge Group I defeat, 64-59.
Antwerp's task was made all the more difficult with Yannick Driesen and Maxime De Zeeuw ruled out before tip-off through injury, and they trailed 33-30 at half-time as their visitors from Estonia looked for a ninth successive EuroChallenge victory.
Barry Stewart drew the home side level with a three-pointer early in the second half, and Marko Spica helped to spur the Belgian team on with timely buckets before Jean-Marc Mwema's three-pointer extended the lead to eight.
The visitors pushed in the final period, but they were held to 35.4% shooting in the match as PO Antwerp held on to boost their morale ahead of their decisive encounter with Krasnye Krylia Samara in Russia on 25 February.
Mwema recorded a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds as he helped the home team to dominate the glass, while Frank Turner led the Giants with 15 points.
Tartu Rock were led by 16 points and eight rebounds from Janar Talts.
