With 84 appearances and over 500 points for Italy entering 2015 - and an ever-present record each summer since his debut in 2009 - Cinciarini has previously featured at EuroBasket 2011 and 2013, having also played for the country in the Mediterranean Games (2009). Starting his club career with Pesaro, he had spells with Pistoia, Pavia, Cantu and Montegranaro (twice) before joining Reggio Emilia in 2012. His finest season was 2013-14 when he led Serie A in assists while helming Reggiana to win the EuroChallenge trophy on their home court when he was named Finals MVP. He joined Milano in July.
