"We are sorry about that defeat. They were lucky and this is due to the fact they are a far more experienced and mature team. They have players who know how to play in such situations. I'm proud of my team despite making some mistakes."
Nedeljko Asceric, Szolnoki coach:
"[It was a] very important victory for us. We had some defeats in a row and this victory is a big step towards qualifying for the second round and it also gives us confidence. My players fought very well and I'm happy for the win against a good team."
Darin Ivanov, Rilski Sportist:
"It was a good game for the fans. We were a little bit afraid in the beginning but then we managed to take the lead after the first half. We didn't play good defense in the third quarter but we still caught with them. [But] at the end we played bad defense and lost the game."
Peter Lorant, Szolnoki:
"We are happy because we won a game on the road. We gave them a lot of second chances in the first half when they took a lot of offensive rebounds. Then we had to change that and I think we played better in the second half. I think we made a big step towards qualifying to the next round."
