Slask Wroclaw's Robert Skibniewski earns the last EuroCup Player of the Week award for 2005.
The 22 year old guard logged a season high 33 minutes in the EuroCup this week against Lokomotiv Rostov and it was his two three-pointers with time winding down which lifted Slask to an 83-72 win, their first of Round II.
Skibniewski's performance earned praise from tem-mate Dante Swanson
"He was very important for us, without him we may not have won the match," Swanson said.
"He hit some awesome three-pointers towards the end and he proved to people what a good player he is."
Skibniewski finished the game with 14 points and a team high 5 assists and has recently hit a rich vein of form.
He had a season high 18 points against Hapoel Tel Aviv in an 84-72 away win which secured a place in Round II for Slask. He has also shot 9/16 from three-point land in his last four outings.
