Russia picked up their second straight victory in the U18 European Championship Classification Group G by easing past England 65-50.
Vladislav Staratelev paced Russia with 12 points while Ilia Karpenkov had 11 and both Kirill Pisklov and Aleksandr Zuev added 10 points.
England lost their second Group G game in a row despite 10 points from Jules Dang Akodo and nine each from Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye and Patrick Whelan.
Turning point: England led 4-3 in the early going but Russia went on a 17-5 run for a 20-9 lead late in the first quarter. And Russia were never threatened again.
Game Hero: In addition to his 11 points, Karpenkov also grabbed eight rebounds and blocked one shot.
Stats Don't Lie: Russia shot 42 per cent compared to 28 per cent for England and England turned the ball over 17 times compared to 11 for Russia.
