Lithuania displayed another showtime win by beating Slovenia 90-68 in the closing game of Group A of the OMNITEL U18 European Championship at the Siemens Arena in Vilnius, Lithuania on Saturday evening.
The locals fans once again filled the seats in the big arena to watch the local team orchestra a one-sided win and march to the next phase with a perfect 3-0 record on top of the group.

Valanciunas hit a jumper to position Lithuania back on top, and from this moment on the game was controlled by his side with a 12-4 run, enough for a 28-20 lead after 10 minutes.
Klemen Prepelic tried to hurt the hosts and cut the margin to 4, only to experience the hurting reply.
Lithuania answered with a 10-1 run, and added another 10-2 run right before the half time siren thanks to Valanciunas' dominance under the rim.
With a comfortable 51-33 lead at the half time stop, the future of the 2nd half didn't predict a close battle.
Pukis and the local big guy kept Slovenia more than 20 points behind, reaching already a gap of 28 in the closing minutes, before allowing Slovenia to minimize the damage.
