Ural Great and Khimik both advanced to the semi-final round of the EuroCup Challenge after convincing victories.

Jurica Golemac led way for the victors with 13. Jasmin Hukic and Derrick Alston had 11, while Egor Vyaltsev chipped in with 10.
“We played as a team and just did what we had to do,” said Ural Great head coach Sharon Drucker.
Ural took control of the game in the second quarter when they outscored Ironu Elitzur 25-12.
“We did a good job preparing for this game,” said Vyaltsev. “It doesn’t matter that we won the first game in Ashkelon by more than 20 points. At this stage of the competition every match is important.”
Ural Great will play in the semi-final round beginning on February 23rd. They will take on the winner of the Olympia-CAB Madeira quarter-finals series.
Despite losing their first game of the quarter-finals, Khimik also advanced to the semi-final round after a convincing 93-52 win over Apoel in Yuzhny.
Khimik, after dropping the first game 82-71, won by a combined score of 164-134.
Aleksandar Subara led the way for Khimik with 15 points.
Khimik will take on the winner of the Lappeenranta-Debreceni series in the semi-finals.
