After a good start for the Swedes, the Slovakians sailed to a comfortable win, having reached a 21-point lead during the third quarter.
Denisa Blanarova, Miroslava Mistinova and Veronika Remenerova all scored in double digits, finishing with 12, 11 and 10 points respectively, while Kristina Matuskova organized the team's offence, distributing the ball well.
The Swedish team reached their goal in the tournament having booked their ticket for the Qualifying Round, but keep their minds set to win more games.
In the final quarter, they made the Slovakian's life harder, outscoring Slovakia 20-9.
Anna Lundquist led the Swedish with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
The Slovak Republic will face Hungary on Wednesday, while Sweden play their last match in Group E against Greece.
