Latvia won for the second time in a row at the U16 European Championship Division B in Tallinn on Saturday.
The Baltic side beat Belarus, 52-34, in Group D, with Kitija Laksa scoring 17 points and Paula Luke adding seven and a game-high 12 rebounds.
Latvia took command in the first quarter.
Down 4-2, they reeled off 14 unanswered points and never turned back.
Latvia led by as many as 28 in the second half and rolled to victory.
Slovenia are the Group D leaders with a perfect 3-0 record after a 77-22 demolition of Norway.
Teja Dimec had 18 points and eight rebounds for Slovenia, who also got 11 points and 13 boards from Pia Prasnikar.
BULGARIA EGDE LUXEMBOURG
In Group C, Bulgaria scraped a 60-58 victory over Luxembourg.
Teodora Dineva had 24 points, 13 rebounds and four steals for the Bulgarians, who trailed 58-55 with 1:52 remaining after Luxembourg's Mia Pauly nailed a jump shot.
Iva Georgieva trimmed the deficit to one with a jumper for Bulgaria and then Magdalena Nedelova buried another to out Bulgaria in front, 59-58, with 43 seconds still to play.
Pauly launched a potential go-ahead three-ball with 25 seconds to go and missed, but Cathrin Wolff grabbed the offensive rebound.
Her pass was then intercepted, though, by Nedelova.
Georgieva made one of two free-throws with seven seconds to go for Bulgaria for the final point of the contest.
The win was a vital one as it lifted the Bulgarians into second place in Group C behind Poland with a 2-1 record.
The Poles improved to 3-0 with a 67-62 victory over Romania.
Amalia Rembiszewska finished with 11 points and seven rebounds for Poland, who withstood a comeback attempt in the fourth quarter by the Romanians.
With 5:52 to play, Romania cut what had been a nine-point deficit to just one when Mihaela Maxim drilled a jump shot.
Monika Radomska went to the other end and buried a three-ball for Poland.
After a basket by Paula Lenart left Romania down by just two, Patrycja Klatt hit a shot from the arc for Poland.
Romania fell to 0-3 with the setback.
FINLAND STAY UNBEATEN
In Group A, Finland handed Portugal their first defeat, winning 58-44, to stay unbeaten at 3-0.
The Finns, who dominated the first quarter and outscored the Portuguese 22-7, got 15 points and 12 rebounds from Tuuli Menna in the contest.
Hosts Estonia slumped to a third straight defeat, falling 67-50 to Ukraine.
Vita Gorobets had 22 points as Ukraine improved to 1-2.
In the only Group B game of the day, Israel defeated Denmark, 68-57.
The Israelis improved to 1-1 with Eden Porat pouring in 17 points and grabbing nine rebounds.
Caroline Wich finished with nine points and eight rebounds for the Danes.
