Germany will go into the quarter-finals of the U16 European Championship for Women Division B in Arad with the only remaining 100% record.
And they can now be deemed favourites after ending Lithuania's own unbeaten streak with a 62-51 victory on Wednesday.
Emma Stach had 17 points and 8 rebounds but it needed an 11-1 run in the fourth quarter to swing the momentum in the Germans' favour.
With the Lithuanians in second place in Group F, Bulgaria also secured their spot in the last eight of the competition, Borislava Hristova hitting 21 points as her team made a late surge to beat Denmark 67-57.
It sent the Danes out of contention after they were edged out by Romania in a tie-breaker for fourth place thanks to a 55-44 win for the hosts over bottom-ranked Switzerland.
The Romanians will now meet England in Friday's quarter-finals after Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott's 17 points keyed a second half run that saw off Ukraine 52-38 to claim top spot in Group E.
Portugal took second - and a tie with Bulgaria - after Laura Ferreira hit 18 points as her team dominated in the fourth quarter to beat Slovenia 60-52.
It left the remaining two qualifying berths open until the very last game but 14-year-old guard Tatjana Razguliajeva had a game-high 18 points as Estonia took advantage of Latvia's foul trouble in the second half to win 67-59.
But the three-way tie-breaker reprieved their Baltic neighbours, as well as Ukraine, as the Slovenes missed out.
The Ukrainians will now face Germany while Latvia takes on Lithuania.
