|Astou Ndour starred for Spain with 20 points and seven boards|
The two-time defending champions Spain never trailed and beat Greece 75-49 to keep their perfect record intact and carry over two wins to the next stage of the U20 European Championship Women in Samsun.
Spain first looked to pull away with a 10-0 run late in the first quarter for 19-9, but Artemis Spanou led Greece back into the game as Spain went into the halftime up 34-28.
But when Spanou was stopped in the second half, so was Greece. Midway through the third quarter the advantage reached the double digits, and Spain did not lift their foot off the gas-pedal until the final buzzer.
Spain's defence was the key to their victory once again, as they forced 20 turnovers while committing only eight.
Astou Ndour led in victory with 20 points and seven rebounds, Inmaculada Zanoguera scored 12, and Elena De Alfredo chipped in with 10. Two Greek players posted double-doubles, as Spanou had 13 points and 10 rebounds while Styliani Fouraki collected 12 points and 11 rebounds.
