Maryia Papova was the lone scorer for Belarus in the second quarter, but went scoreless again in the third. With a couple of baskets from Hanna Kalenta and Darya Lipinskaya Belarus cut it to 36-20, but did not manage much more than that.
Turkey was already in cruise-control, as all 12 players got their chance to savour the taste of victory.

For Belarus, Lipinskaya scored all of her 11 points in the second half, and also grabbed 10 rebounds. Papova finished with eight points plus 10 rebounds, and Kalenta collected 14 rebounds along with her six points.
