|Agne Cerneckyte paced Lithuania with a game-high 14 points|
On the final day of Classification Group G action at the U20 European Championship Women, Lithuania led from start to finish to defeat winless Hungary 48-44.
Lithuania allowed only one field goal in the first quarter, opening a 19-2 lead after 10 minutes.
The Hungarians slowly got closer as the game progressed, and cut the deficit to four (46-42) with a minute-and-a-half remaining, but that was as close as they could get.
In the first half Lithuania held a 17-2 advantage in second chance points, which helped them build the lead they later preserved.
Agne Cerneckyte led in victory with 14 points, Ieva Preskienyte scored 12, while Vita Zilinskaite grabbed 14 rebounds along with her eight points.
Vivien Böröndy scored 12 for Hungary.
