His status for the remainder of the group stage remains unclear.
Croatian federation officials confirmed to eurobasket2015.org that examinations of Bogdanovic done after the Slovenia contest determined a concussion. The Croatians said the 26-year-old will definitely not play in the country's game against Greece. And Bogdanovic, who did not take part in Croatia's afternoon practice, is questionable at the moment for Croatia's third game in the group against The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
With 5:53 minutes left in the third quarter against Slovenia, Bogdanovic landed hard on a fall with the back of his head hitting the court after a layup.
Bogdanovic initially remained on the Arena Zagreb floor before gingerly walking back to the Croatian bench. His neck was iced and Croatian medical staff regularly looked after him.
Eventually about mid-way through the fourth quarter, the Croatian doctors accompanied Bogdanovic to the Croatian locker room. He did not go to local hospital, remaining in the catacombs of the arena until after the game. He underwent further tests during the evening.
