Wisla-Can Pack fans may be renowned for creating a white-hot atmosphere in Krakow, but those supporters are still waiting to celebrate a EuroLeague Women home success after their team crashed 60-52 against Nadezhda.

The hosts slumped to a third home loss of the campaign as Nadezhda claimed back-to-back Group B victories, having started the season with four consecutive losses.

Even another fine double-double from the irrepressible Jantel Lavender wasn't enough to inspire victory for Wisla, as the former Schio center mustered 17 points and 14 rebounds.

A disastrous second quarter proved to be their downfall, despite having opened up an early double-digit lead by racing ahead 14-4 inside six minutes.

But, the Polish club inexplicably imploded and were outscored 29-4 in a one-sided spell during which the rejuvenated Nadezhda built their platform for victory.

Trailing 35-25, the salvage mission launched by Wisla when they re-emerged for the second-half never truly gained momentum.

Latvian center Zane Tamane reduced the arrears at 47-42, but it was to be as close as the home side would get to their opponents who held their composure down the stretch.

Glory Johnson made her debut in the competition for Nadezhda and it was a memorable one with 12 points and seven rebounds.

DeWanna Bonner had 14 points and 13 rebounds, but on a below-par shooting night, it was a sensational seven steals which stole the show.
