Prague leapfrogged Bourges (6-7), 81-74 losers at Galatasaray earlier in the evening.

Lindsay Whalen and Ilona Burgrova each had 10 points for Prague, who wrap up their Round 1 campaign next week at Lotos Gdynia.

The decisive quarter of the game turned out to be the second.

The teams were knotted at 22-22 early in the frame when Burgrova and Frida Eldebrink hit jumpers for the hosts.

Quanitra Hollingsworth reduced the arrears to two points with a jumper for the Hungarian team, but Eva Viteckova and Burgrova replied with baskets for Prague and they ended up outscoring the visitors 27-16 in the quarter for a 47-36 lead.

Three times the Czech team's lead reached 15 points in the third quarter and when Viteckova nailed a jumper with 7:10 to go in the contest, Prague had a 66-50 advantage.

Lubor Blazek's side stayed in front by double-digits the remainder of the contest.

The Hungarians did a good job at the line, making 16 of 17, while Prague were 17 of 25.

The hosts were three of four from behind the arc, with Elhotova two of three and Viteckova one of one.

Uni Seat finished one of eight from long range.

Hollingsworth had 19 points in defeat.
