|Kenan Sipahi of Turkey arrives at the U18 All Star Game as the reigning MVP of the U18 European Championship|
Participants from 18 countries will take part in the third bi-annual FIBA Europe U18 All Star Game.
The game, which brings together the most talented European players from '95 or after, has become a traditional fixture during the final weekend of EuroBasket.
24 players have been selected to take part in the 2013 edition, including the MVP from the 2013 U18 European Championship Division C tournament, and the All Tournament team from the 2013 U18 European Championship Division B.
The remainder of the players appeared at the U18 European Championship in Latvia and were selected by FIBA Europe internal experts and coaches associated with the FIBA Europe Coaching Certificate (FECC) programme, led by legendary European coach and FECC mentor Svetislav Pesic.
With three players, (Metecan Birsen, Kerem Kanter and Kenan Sipahi) Turkey will have the biggest presence in the game, whilst Croatia (Domagoj Bosnjak and Paolo Marinelli), Spain (Alberto Abalde and Agusti Sans), Latvia (Anzejs Pasecniks and Ivars Zvigrurs), and Serbia (Nikola Jokic and Rade Zagorac) all have two participants.
Vincent Kesteloot (Belgium), Prokop Slanina (Czech Republic), Axel Bouteille (France), Georgios Diamantakos (Greece), Simone Fontecchio (Italy), Andrej Magdevski (F.Y.R. of Macedonia), Milovan Draskovic (Montenegro), Damian Jeszke (Poland), Alexander Martynov (Russia), Matic Rebec (Slovenia), Julian Andrea Gualtieri (San Marino), Ludvig Hakanson (Sweden) and Yevgen Sakhniuk (Ukraine) make up the remainder of the 24 players.
The teams, who will be coached from the top four graduates of the FECC class of 2013, will be divided into two teams - blue and white.
The game takes place at midday on 21st September and is free entry for all fans. A dunk contest will also take place at half-time.
