The trio of Kelsey Bone, Sancho Lyttle and Nevriye Yilmaz proved too hot to handle under the hoop for the Lithuanian visitors and combined for a hugely productive 35 points from 76% floor shooting.
Not that a solid night of work was confined to the paint, since Isil Alben grabbed five steals from the backcourt and Spanish flyer Alba Torrens contributed a team-high 19 points, four rebounds and four assists.
Galatasaray had held only a slender one point lead early in the second quarter, but shifted up a gear to establish a decisive 25-11 tear leading up to the interval.
Whilst Kibirkstis managed to claw their way back to within five points midway through the third period after a shock ten unanswered points, Galatasaray put their foot back on the accelerator.
They shrugged off their drought and utilised their superior depth to ease their way over the finishing line.
Latvian national team guard, Ieva Krastina grabbed 11 points, five rebounds and three assists for Kibirkstis whose involvement in the competition drew to a conclusion.
