Reggio Emilia had trailed by double digits during the second quarter, but Cinciarini scored 10 of his game-high 27 points in the third frame to propel them to a 57-52 lead and the hosts never looked back.
The Italian international, who was 9-of-16 from the floor, also collected six rebounds, dished out eight assists, stole two balls and drew 10 fouls from Krka players to complete his stellar performance.
Cinciarini registered an efficiency index rating of 33 on Tuesday and he is not only the Top Statistical Performer of Last 16 Week 3, but also of the first half of the second phase of the EuroChallenge.
No other player had reached an efficiency rating higher than 30 during the previous two weeks of the Last 16.
In fact, even the second-placed player on the Week 3 table reached an efficiency rating higher than all previous performances so far in the Last 16, as Janar Talts of Tartu University Rock registered a rating of 31 on Tuesday.
In what was also his best individual performance of the season, the Estonian international picked up a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds and also dished out six assists to lead Tartu to their 97-67 triumph over Gaz Metan Medias.
Meanwhile Sharaud Curry of Team TEHO Sport Kotka came in third place this week, as despite his team's loss to Ural Ekaterinburg he delivered one of his usual top-of-the shelf performances on Wednesday night.
The Kotka point guard finished with a team-high 20 points and added a game-high nine rebounds and eight assists to register an efficiency rating of 29, but his team fell 86-75 to their Russian visitors in Group L action.
