Serbia ended the game on a 6-0 run to edge Greece 57-50 and claim a spot in the quarter-finals by finishing Group F of the U20 European Championship Women in second place.
Meanwhile, Greece is eliminated, and faces battle for survival in Division A.
After a tight first half, Natasa Kovacevic got a lucky bounce on a triple, sparking an 11-2 run that gave Serbia their biggest lead of the night, 38-29.
But a half-court press from Greece got them back in the game, and Artemis Spanou scored five points to cut the deficit to 51-50 with two minutes to go.
However, Dijana Stancic scored a tough basket in traffic, before Kristina Topuzovic sealed the deal in the last 20 seconds with two fast-break lay-ups.
Interestingly, the starters scored all the points for Serbia, who also managed to overcome 13 offensive rebounds from Greece, as well as having 14 turnovers compared to nine from the Greeks.
Natasa Kovacevic had another great performance with 16 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Dijana Stancic scored 12 points, while Aleksandra Stanacev had 10 points and eight assists.
Anna Stamolamprou scored 13 for Greece.
