Enes Kanter – Turkey and Utah Jazz

When Enes Kanter was invited to the training camp of the Turkish national team before EuroBasket, there were doubts about the readiness of the NBA lottery-pick of the Utah Jazz. Not having played competition basketball for more than a year, the powerful and athletic power forward proved everybody wrong by grabbing a spot on a roster full of strong post players. Kanter more than paid back the trust of the coaching staff, logging 18 minutes per game and averaging 9.6 points per contest.
