The EuroLeague Women Final Eight is as far as you can go on club level as a player, coach and referee.

The winners of the International U15 camp for girls that FIBA Europe organises every year together with the Slovenian Basketball Federation could get a taste of the atmosphere during this year's Final Eight in Istanbul.

The coach of last year's camp, Carmen Nastor from Luxembourg, the referee of the camp Tijana Mrdja from Serbia, the most improved player Milica Manojlovic from Montenegro and camp MVP Rebecka Garderyd from Sweden got the chance to meet the reigning women's player of the year Alba Torrens.

Torrens, who had been awarded her trophy before Galatasaray's first game in the Final Eight on Wednesday, stepped out on the court to present the future stars of women's basketball to the Istanbul audience.

All were seemingly impressed by both the Final Eight atmosphere and by meeting a stand-out player like Alba Torrens.

In 2012, the International Camp for U15 Girls will again take place in Postojna, Slovenia from 1-6 June.

The camp includes basketball and fitness training, skill training and various competitions and social events.

2012 will mark the sixth time the camp will take place.

Initially created as part of the activities of the year of women's basketball in 2006/2007, the camp has become a regular feature in the FIBA Europe calendar.
