American forward Nicole Powell is one of the EuroLeague Women’s top outside shooters. She connected on 31-of-32 free throws and shot a blistering 37-of-74 (50 percent) from three-point range in her first season with Halcon Avenida.

Powell was one of the top scorers in the 2005-2006 EuroCup Women. She averaged 21.6 ppg with Fenerbahce. The year before, she played for Basket Spezia Club in LaSpezia, Italy, averaging 16.9 ppg and 7.0 rpg.

A graduate of Stanford in 2004, Powell played the 2006 WNBA season with the Sacramento Monarchs.
