Lokomotiv Steam Through To Last 16

Lokomotiv Rostov qualified for the last 16 of EuroCup with a 75-59 win at the expense of Banvit BC.

The game was evenly poised at the halfway point with Banvit, who had gone top of the pool last week, taking the first quarter 18-16 thanks to a jump shot by Marque Perry, the final scoring shot of the period.

Marque Perry and Banvit put together an incredible performance over the final nine minutes to shock Lokomotiv Rostov 80-67 on Tuesday for their second win in three EuroCup contests. Rostov entered the game with victories in their opening two games and a third looked to be on the way when Evangelos Sklavos nailed a three-pointer at the start of the fourth quarter to give the visitors a 58-48 advantage.
