Ural Great have signed 22-year-old guard Alexei Surovtsev from   Standart Togliatti.

The former Dynamo St Petersburg and UNICS-2 Kazan star has signed a contract until the end of this season, with an option for a two further years.

Surovtsev played just four games for Standart this season, averaging 8.8 points and three rebounds per game.

Ural Great took part in the EuroCup this season but won just two of six games and failed to progress to Round II of the competition.

Meanwhile, Alexei Poloratsky has also parted company with Superleague side Standart and returned to Ukrainian outfit Odessa, having featured 10 times for the Russian outfit this season.
