Toporov, who spent last season at UNICS, averaging 4.8 points over 30 games, has signed a one-year contract.

Kuzyakin, who came from Perm-based outfit Ural-Great has signed a two-year contract. He played 16 games for Ural-Great and collecting 2.3 points per game.
