Gambrinus Sika Brno will be without forward Jana Vesela when they visit Spartak Moscow on Wednesday.
Vesela is suffering from tonsillitis so is not fit to feature in the EuroLeague quarter-final decider.
Coach Jan Bobrovsky told website www.basket.idnes.cz: "We will miss Jana Vesela in Moscow, sure. We have only three forward players without her.
"We will try to make up something even without her. We prepared a couple of variations for our defense but everything will depend on the style of Spartak Moscow.
"The most important thing is our defence of our opponents' great forwards."
Bobrovsky is hoping for a repeat of the first quarter-final match, in which his side ran out 73-58 winners in Moscow, before slipping to an 81-63
reverse in Brno on Friday.
He said: "Our participation in the Final Four is a big motivation for us so we want to win. We will try to surprise in Moscow again but it will be very hard. It will be a different game to the first one."
Spartak coach Natalia Hejkova does not believe her side will repeat there stuttering showing of the previous Moscow clash.
She said: "The first nervous game at home is over. It will be much better on Wednesday."
