USK Praha coach Lubor Blazek admitted his side were "not good enough" after losing 74-68 to Spanish side Halcon Avenida in EuroLeague Women Group B.
After falling 10 points behind in the first period, Praha pulled the score back to within a point at the start of the final quarter, but were unable to build on that momentum despite 17 points and two assists from Sandra Le Drean.
Blazek said: "It was a great game but our performance was not good enough for the win.
"We made a big mistake 30 seconds before the end and we could not change the result after that.
"I am happy my players showed heart when Salamanca had a big advantage and they fought back well."
