Turk Telekom survived a battle against host PBC CSKA Sofia to take their EuroCup record to 4-1 with a 79-75 win that went virtually to the buzzer.

CSKA, with only one win, traded the lead with the Turkish-based club for much of the game but in the end were undone by a seven-point run in the final quarter.

Stanislav Makshantsev poured in 23 points and Alexey Zozulin had a season-high 17 points and eight rebounds as Ural Great pulled away from PBC CSKA Sofia in the second half for a 93-79 triumph.

The outcome has left the Russian side third in Group G with two wins in four games - level on six points with Panionios (2-2) who were beaten at leaders Turk Telekom (3-1).

PBC CSKA Sofia proved on Wednesday they are not just making up the numbers in the EuroCup by winning a thrilling overtime contest at home against previously unbeaten Panionios.

The Bulgarians suffered defeats in their opening two Group G games, falling at home to Ural Great Perm and away to Turk Telekom, but they prevailed 86-83 over the visitors from Greece.
