Stephen Brun led five players in double figures as Gravelines-Dunkerque hammered Paris 97-64 in the latest Pro A action.
Having opened up a 25-16 lead at the end of the first quarter, Gravelines never looked back as they stretched that advantage to 49-27 at half-time before continuing their domination in the second half to improve their league record to 10-9.
Brun totalled 21 points for the victors while Uche Nsonwu-Amadi added 21 points and 10 rebounds for Gravelines, who narrowly missed out on a place in Round II of the EuroCup.
Le Mans failed to close the gap on the top three after slipping to a 63-57 loss at Cholet.
Taj Gray scored a game-high 21 points for Cholet while Le Mans' best individual total came from Eric Campbell with 14.
Strasbourg also missed the chance to move into the top four after being edged out 89-85 by Pau Orthez.
C.C. Harrison led Pau with 18 points and six rebounds. |
