She made both to put her side ahead 71-70 with 1:36 remaining and following a three-point misfire from Wisla's Jelena Skerovic, Leuchanka once again found herself at the charity stripe.
Again she made both, this time at the 1:13 mark, and Vilnius led 73-70.
Following a Wisla basket from Nataliya Trafimava, Ausra Bimbaite hit two clutch free-throws to put the home side ahead 75-72 with 17 seconds to go.
With a chance to tie, Skerovic was whistled for travelling with five seconds left and TEO was able to run out the clock to preserve their third win of the season.
