Sopron were roared on by a strong contingent of their fans who had made the trip to Győr.
Zsofia Fegyverneky led the way with 20 points and Dora Horti contributed 16.
Fegyverneky, a Hungary international, was named MVP of the Hungarian Cup.
"I'm very happy that so many fans were here from Sopron and supported us," Székely said.
"This is our collective success!"
Székely also paid tribute to Balázs Farkas, the owner of Sopron's main sponsor, MKB-EUROLEASING Ltd., who died last August.
"We would like to dedicate this trophy to the memory of Balázs Farkas and his family," Székely said.
Sopron won all 22 of their regular-season games and will go into the post-season as the top seed.
Their first play-off series will be against Szekszárd.
