PRESS RELEASES

Eleven teams punched their ticket to the EuroBasket Women 2015 in Hungary & Romania, after the conclusion of the 2nd Qualification Round, Wednesday.

Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Russia and Slovakia qualified as winners of the six qualifying groups.

Poland (3-1 W/L record), Sweden (3-1), Ukraine (3-1), Great Britain (2-2) and Italy (2-2), advanced as the five best second-placed teams.

Bulgaria, second in Group F with a 1-3 W/L record, narrowly missed out on a ticket to next year's tournament.
