Dexia Reach Final In Belgium

Dexia Mons-Hainaut knocked defending champions Euphony Bree out of the Belgian title race and reached the champions series by winning the deciding third game of their semi-final.

Dexia trailed 42-39 at half-time but outscored Bree 25-12 over the next 10 minutes to take control before clinching a 91-76 victory.

George Evans had 25 points and six rebounds for Dexia, while Kevin Houston weighed in with 21.

Dexia, who played in the EuroCup this season, will take on Telindus Oostende in the best-of-three title showdown, with Game One to be played on Wednesday at Oostende.

Oostende, who finished top of the table during the regular season, advanced to the championship series by defeating Li├Ęge Basket 2-0.
